1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our Site or engaging Digital Sky Group LLC for commercial drone mapping, thermal analytics, photography, or emergency support services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease using our Site and services immediately.
2. Scope of Drone Services & Custom Bidding
All commercial services are subject to site-specific flight feasibility assessments. Digital Sky Group LLC operates in strict compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 107 regulations. We reserve the absolute right to cancel or reschedule a flight due to adverse weather, hazardous terrain, temporary flight restrictions (TFRs), or airspace authorization denials. Because each project carries unique geographical parameters, all project pricing is custom-quoted and valid only for the timeframe specified in the formal proposal.
3. Intellectual Property & Data Rights
Client Deliverables: Upon full payment of the project invoice, clients receive full usage rights for the final delivered 2D/3D maps, thermal inspection reports, and media assets for their specified commercial purposes.
Company Rights: Digital Sky Group LLC retains ownership of the raw data, flight paths, and metadata generated during operations, and reserves the right to use non-confidential project media for corporate marketing and portfolio display.
4. Emergency Search & Rescue (SAR) Deployment
Our 24/7 Search and Rescue drone support is an emergency-response asset. Digital Sky Group LLC operates as a supplemental resource and reserves the right to coordinate directly with local public safety incident commanders (police, fire, sheriff). We assume no liability for the ultimate outcome of emergency tracking or missing person locating efforts.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Digital Sky Group LLC, its directors, or operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from flight delays due to regulatory changes, FAA restrictions, acts of God, weather, or hardware anomalies, beyond the total contract value of the specific service agreement.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
